Return/Exchange period: Up to seven days after receiving your package.
 

Exchange: If your package included a physical return form, follow the procedure to complete the Returns/Exchange Form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. Nevertheless, we also recommend returning your order, and place a new order for your desire and accurate product.
 

Refunds: The Products must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, label, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), tags, seals and labels, where present, still attached to the Products. Maria Zapata will not accept returns for Products considered “Final Sale” or any items that do not meet our return conditions. You can request a store credit instead of requesting a return. Anyways, we estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 10-14 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.
 

Returns: Return shipping charges are your sole responsibility if you choose to use any other carrier different than ours. Maria Zapata will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the carrier."
